TRANZACT DNC Policy

No employee or agent of TRANZACT shall engage in telemarketing practices that violate the provisions of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 or the regulations promulgated thereunder, including the Telemarketing Sales Rule, and/or any applicable state statutes and regulations. TRANZACT provides training to individuals who engage in telemarketing on behalf of TRANZACT regarding the requirements set forth in this policy before they are permitted to place calls to consumers and periodically thereafter.

If you do not want to receive marketing calls or text messages from TRANZACT, you may request by telephone or in writing that we place your name on our "Do Not Call" / text opt out list (“DNC list”). Although we may ask for your name, address and telephone number or other contact information, we will accept your Do Not Call request even if you only provide your telephone number. You have a right to stop receiving calls and text messages from us and have your number placed on our DNC list as soon as practicable and no more than 10 business days after our receipt of your request. If you change your telephone number, or wish to add an additional telephone number, you must provide us with the new telephone number for us to prevent calls to that number.

To stop receiving marketing phone calls or text messages from TRANZACT you may: (i) call us at 1-877-680-3551; (ii) ask to be placed on our DNC list when you receive a call or text message from us; (iii) write to us at the address set forth below requesting that your telephone number be placed on our DNC list; or (iv) send an email to dnc@tranzact.net and provide the telephone number you wish to have placed on our DNC list.

If you notify us that you have received a telephone call or text message from TRANZACT after you have already requested to be placed on our DNC list, we will investigate. We will work to confirm that the telephone number is on our DNC list. Upon request, we will provide confirmation that your telephone number is on the list.

The Federal Trade Commission offers a free service to consumers that allows them to place their telephone numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry. This service may reduce the number of telemarketing calls received, particularly where a consumer is receiving telemarketing calls from businesses with which the consumer has no existing business relationship. Consumers may add their telephone numbers to the Registry either by calling (888) 382-1222 or through the Internet at www.donotcall.gov. It may take several weeks before a consumer notices a reduction in calls.
